hello, i am looking for a investor to purchase home to fixup and sell it is only 20000 and about to 10000 to repair. can sell for about 75000 when done. will split profits. am disabled and cannot get a regular loan. this will help be begin a new business flipping housed. i am ready to do something to help myself but need that first loan to get started. please help. will pay thanks
